I am absolutely livid and beyond frustrated with FedEx. I sent my daughter’s passport to the Consulate in Toronto for a visa stamp using their FedEx Overnight Priority service, trusting them to handle the shipment safely. I even paid for a return label and envelope, so the Consulate could send the passport back securely.
