Unprofessional service, complete indifference. When we said we were sending a package to Dubai, the employee asked which country it was in, lol. Then she stood and watched us pack everything, and when we finished, she said the company gives no guarantees that the shipment will arrive intact and told us to go to 56 Steelescase Rd W. I hope at least they can help us there today; this was already the third FedEx office this morning that couldn’t assist us.
