Do not trust them with your package!!! I sent a package with them but the recipient did not receive it, even though the online tracking said it was delivered. There was also no photo taken upon delivery to confirm. A claim was filed but there was nothing done
I'm still waiting for them to pick up my parcel! NOT IMPRESSED.
Edit: The online FedEx agents were very good in resolving the issue I had so moving from 1-star to 3-stars. Maybe it was once good, but I had a pretty terrible experience here. (1) This location misfiled the package such that it was never even picked up. In fact, they claimed I hadn't even dropped off the package and that they were still waiting for me to drop it off 3 days after having dropped it off.
