Unbelievable How brutal customer service is!! The information they provide is absolutely not the same as what is on their website and absolutely nobody, provided you can finally actually speak to a real person, can give you any proper information or updates. Completely holding up a delivery given that they are the ones that damaged the package in the first place!!
I recently visited this place to drop off my FedEx parcel, It was pretty quick and Perry who was working there was very helpful and will definitely go to this place to drop off my FedEx parcels.
I have dropped off packages many times, and the guy is awesome, friendly, and provides good customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.
