Very good customer service
This is the first time I genuinely wish I could leave 0 stars. I arrived at this location around 5 PM to drop off my parcels and ask them scanned. To my surprise, the employee told me to just leave them in the corner and refused to scan the barcodes. He claimed that only the driver would scan the parcels on Thursday—and you know what, this was Monday! When I pointed out that FedEx doesn’t operate that way and that he could easily scan and update the system, he became rude and unprofessional. He stood up, pushed me out of the... read more
