always late with packages and information is never displayed accurately on website regarding timeline. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE representatives on the phone when you call them, they are not helpful.

Don't rely on the delivery information provided by this location for FedEx services. Last night, I had a time-sensitive package destined for Ottawa. They offered to deliver it by noon today, but I've just been informed that my package hasn't even been picked up because I missed the delivery deadline last night, and they forgot to inform me. As a result, I've missed all opportunities to send my package this morning using the one-day option. I'm extremely disappointed.
