FedEx attempted delivery on Monday while we were at work. As soon as we saw the missed delivery we called to make alternative arrangements and requested that the package be sent to a pickup location because neither my husband nor I can leave work during the day and we couldn’t sign for the package. Worst experience with a shipping company, was in the shower when my package came they left a door tag that said to pick up at 4pm that day at staples. The package was no where to be found at staples I went in twice because the representative told me it was there the second representative said it wasn’t going to be dropped off until after staples closes so I wasted my time driving there and it is my birthday and I’m extremely mad.
