Worst experience with a shipping company, was in the shower when my package came they left a door tag that said to pick up at 4pm that day at staples. The package was no where to be found at staples I went in twice because the representative told me it was there the second representative said it wasn’t going to be dropped off until after staples closes so I wasted my time driving there and it is my birthday and I’m extremely mad.

The short fat blonde one was straight mean. I wanted to drop off my parcel, she said they had a 50 lbs limit, it says 70 online, mine came to 54, with a prepaid label which listed as 55.5. She told me to go to the main shipping center in Burnside, where they exclaimed that it wasn't true.
