The short fat blonde one was straight mean. I wanted to drop off my parcel, she said they had a 50 lbs limit, it says 70 online, mine came to 54, with a prepaid label which listed as 55.5. She told me to go to the main shipping center in Burnside, where they exclaimed that it wasn't true. Standing in line at the fed ex shipping post trying to ship one small box for 30 minutes. Bunch of employees standing around doing nothing, while a "in training" employee struggles with the line. Don't come here unless you have all day.
