Worst experience, my package has been delayed for 15 days and they keep telling me it’s going to be delivered and it never delivers. They refuse to refund me.
Your driver purposly put a package at the end of my driveway so that it would be stolen. Melissa Comeau. I wouldnt be surprised if she stole it. If I could give no stars to this ridiculous delivery company I would.
I absolutely DREAD when I have items shipped to me through FedEx. There's always some sort of a problem. It doesn't matter how many times you call, or if you take the initiative to "manage my delivery" in your account, they still screw it up.
