Dropped off a high priority letter for next day delivery, 2 days after the next day it has not even left North Bay. Has Fedex forgotten about these places.
Consistently doesn't ring the doorbell for delivery and customer service is a nightmare as they can't speak English well enough to be understood. Very poor service.
