I’m filing a report on FedEx’s Santa Fe location because they have lost my packages multiple times and always delay deliveries. Very unreliable people to work with. Hopefully people stop using FedEx. Always a problem with them! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Here’s a good one: after leaving numerous legal documents and valuable electronic parts in the snow drift at the foot of our perfectly dry and passable driveway, FedEx reported to a vendor that our residence was a business and it was “closed” and returned the product to the vendor, without notifying us. This was in addition to several cases of wine left in the hot summer sun, unsigned for. I now plead with vendors not to use FedEx. Once a great company, now a complete shambles. Use them at your peril!
