Good customer service
First of all it’s not a FedEx. Unprofessional arrogant nasty ppl who never heard of a “customer service”. Barking comments in your back. Most definitely will call FedEx and bring to their attention that impostors are ruining the hard earned reputation.
I’m convinced that customer service matters the most .. to anyone and in all kinds of businesses. Greet and sell in a way that .. a charge of $1 for “sticking it to your package”, as one of the brunette employee said, would make me feel like a normal experience (even though it’s ridiculous). I will “stick the label by myself, gladly, and have it shipped elsewhere but never from this location
Can't actually use them to ship if you have retailer return labels. Their dropoff is "for paying customers" only
