I had a very unpleasant experience at this FedEx store. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t properly respond to any of my questions. I’m not sure why people with such poor customer service skills are hired. This was very disappointing, especially compared to my previous visit to the NYC 42nd Street FedEx, where the staff was super helpful and explained everything clearly despite the store being busy. In contrast, this store was empty, yet the attitude was arrogant and unhelpful.
Don’t go there for FedEx drop-off. They don’t provide receipts, so if your package goes missing, it’s on you. They also charge $1 to use their tape—even for something extremely small. Just walk over to actual FedEx drop off location that’s 15 mins away.

Great shop in the heart of jersey city. Real people work here and care about the business, the community and the service they offer their customers who they tend to know by name (even tho I only go in like once a month at most)!
