Stopped in to ship 5 large boxes to healthcare distribution centers across the US. I’ve done this dozens of times this quarter without issue. But this time, TERRIBLE! The person helping me went on break halfway thru the transaction and an assistant mgr took over. This caused catastrophic failure. Long story short, I spent $549 and left with NO paper receipt, NO email receipt, NO tracking numbers, absolutely no proof of the transaction.
