What a joke… can’t even deliver packages anymore. I now have three that have handled by Fed Ex all three keep getting bounced around the country and not delivered. Just close already.
Friendly & helpful staff! Decent enough place.
This location really needs help with its staffing. Ryan is not helpful or customer focused. when i dropped a package off he didn't bother to turn around from his monitor to address my questions, brushed me off as an annoyance as his Youtube video seemed more important. Wont go into detail about his not wearing shoes or socks. Hiring is difficult, but please train and monitor your staff for better customer experiences.
