TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! Terrible, came here to drop off a pre-paid Federal Express package, the guy at the front desk had a problem bc I asked for scissors and tape. Attitude on 100 - mind you it’s 9:00 am - he just opened up shop, no reason to have an attitude! I asked him for the scissors and he was going to rip the label instead of using scissors - LAZY!
