Their driver keeps lieing about the location of my package and claiming to deliver it, leaving photo proof that they didn't deliver it. I've now called 19 times, everytime they say don't worry this will be addressed. Yet day after day they ditch my stuff at other houses

You can not get ahold of an actual person, packages delivered to wrong address and you just have to rely on the person who gets it being honest enough to contact you. Phone number is right on the shipping label, luckily one of the people that received my package called me and met me with it. I wasn't so lucky on the 3 other packages that were delivered to the wrong address. If my phone number is on the label, why doesn't the fedx driver utilize this and pick up the phone if they can't figure out where the delivery address is... read more
