There were multiple issues with my shipment. My package was supposed to arrive within a day, but it did not arrive even after three days. I called FedEx, and the agent told me it was under inspection and would be delivered soon, so I waited. After five days, I still had not received my package, so I called FedEx again. This time, the agent informed me that the package had been sent to Minnesota, which made no sense. If you need to ship something internationally, this is your place. They have different shipping dates, prices, and courier services from which you can select. Excellent customer service, too! She was very friendly and professional. She was also very good at submitting all information correctly and quickly and was clear about all the shipping steps. It took significantly less time to complete all the information compared to any courier service I have used for international shipping. I will definitely be coming back!
