Ahhh, you know. No biggie. They just wanted to close shop early and leave a post it note they are closed for the day and will take the rest of the weekend off and to see you Monday. Pretty inconvenient to be deemed a FedEx ship center. I should open up my own and never be open. I think possibly if this was a salaried venture FedEx offers. Sounds like I need to do some research.
The gentleman working the counter was very rude - never coming here again! Complained that he would have to make change for a $20, and snarked at me for wanting a receipt with the shipping tracking info. No thank you!
I stopped at this location, an authorized shipping center, to drop off a FedEx Ground package. There is an illuminated sign designating it as a shipping center, and the older man said who said I was a shipping center? When I pointed out his sign in the window, he got more snarky. I had hoped to transfer my PO Box there, but given the attitude, I’ll pass. And they close at 5, not 6. I love Postal Annex for cute little gifts. Wish I could leave negative stars. I just called this location of Postal Annex & spoke to Scott. I asked what they charged over & above what the FedEx store charges to send a FedEx envelope. He told me he had no idea & hung up on me. I will obviously never patronize this shipping location.
