Federico is amazing! He helped me and my family to rent an apartment in SF while we were still living in Italy! He is a tireless worker, he used to reply to our messages and email all day long and night. He set up a video call showing us the place and worked hard to negotiate with the landlord. He is always on the side of his costumers. Truly recommend! If you are looking for a place to buy or rent in San Francisco, Fede is your man!!
Federico was amazing in assisting us find the best option based on our needs and restrictions in the crazy SF housing market. He made himself available at all times, and was ready to tour homes as soon as they became available. We did purchase our home within a month of working with Federico. He is honest and hardworking.
Federico was incredibly helpful finding an apartment in SF in a really really tough market where places disappeared within hours. He worked around the clock, visiting so many places ALL over the city and helped make my applications for places stronger and reviewed leases for me to find the perfect spot. He also connected me to movers since I’m moving from another city and was super communicative and helpful with the entire process. Highly highly recommend working with Federico if you’re moving to SF from out of town.
Federico has extensive knowledge of every neighborhood in SF and looked out for many issues with various units, looking for the best at every step. He is timely and excellent with paperwork and leasing agents. He takes the time to get to know unique situations as well, highly recommend
