Federico has always provided excellent service. They have setup phone systems, our network and most of our servers for us. Ken and Darin have always been very helpful. Their IT support is fast and usually solve the issue within the a few hours.
We have used Federico's IT management and backup solutions services for just over 7 years. There hasn't been a problem they could not fix. We require our servers to have nearly no downtime and have primary and redundant backups for our data and Federico has helped us achieve this with ease.
