I had a horrible experience with a recent service repair- Truck had no mechanical problems when dropped off - but now the interior lights dont shut off , alarm goes off, I had to disconnect battery to het lights to shut off
My wife and I just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Federico. Larry was very helpful and friendly. He made sure to answer all of our questions. Larry gave us all of the information about the vehicle we were purchasing. He then sent us to Farrah who was also friendly and helpful. She helped us through the paperwork and buying process. She was up front about what we needed and didn’t need. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Federico.
Went to Federico for an oil change. Next day i discovered the oil cap wasn’t put on property. Called Federico immediately but their phones were out. Had to chat online with Federico. Made an appointment for the next day. Oil and filter were replaced. Went out to the car to check their work and they didn’t finish wiping off all the oil from the engine. Following up multiple times on a simple job as an oil change is ridiculous
