I’ve been working with Korrey, Rick and Janet with FACS title for some 17 years now. The time has flown by! I suggest my buyers work with Korrey on title because if something has happened on title, she’s seen it! I do a lot of bank foreclosure / REO work and represent a lot of investors. Korrey Siatkosky is fantastic! There was a problem with wiring the money to her bank. She responded to me almost instantaneously ON A FRIDAY NIGHT after hours to help me get the money there before the deadline! She is friendly and responsive and did an AMAZING job helping me close on my new dream home. I am very happy with Federated Appraisal & Closing Services (don't forget the ampersand!) and can unconditionally recommend this company to anyone!

I just closed with Korrey Siatkosky over at Federated Appraisal & Closing Services. I do many closings annually for my business, and Korrey thus far has been stellar. In business, communication is key. Korrey kept me in the loop every step of the way, and when I had questions, she responded. I know this sounds very basic, but in today's time, this type of business culture is hard to come by. I recommend this firm and Korrey 100%.

I’m sure you’ll discredit me in the same way you did the previous reviewer, but you guys owe me money, too. You handled a house sale for me back in February. I just happened to be talking to PWSA about an unrelated matter when they casually mentioned that I have a credit in my name. I’m not sure how this was overlooked, but it appears I paid too much at closing toward my final water/sewage bill.
