I never have any angst about going to the the dentist because the staff and Dr. Do make everyone feel at ease. They go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and friendly.

You have great staff there at the front desk. All your staff is wonderful. The doctors there understand where I come from as I really hate going to the dentist. Every time I go there they tell me what should happen or get done and I get very upset and I hate to say this I cry. My mouth have terrible problems and not once did they look at me like I am a failure with my mouth. They are very considerate with my feeling. I woke up with a abscessed molar and no dentist. I did a search for PPO dentists through my insurance and found Dr. Do. I called at 11:30 and was in by 2:00. After an xray, treatment options were discussed. I opted to have it excised. They did it the same day. Very caring staff gave excellent pain management... and the shots didn't hurt! Great follow-up care instructions and everything was very affordable.

what I liked about Sunrise, no wait when my appointment was scheduled I was there and I was in the seat within 5 minutes, very efficient very fast, friendly, what I really liked was I have a lot of dental work needed to do to my own personal neglect of my mouth, and they are getting it done, getting it done fast, getting it done right, getting it done efficiently. No one likes being a dental chair more than I don't like it, hearing we're done, is what I long for, but this place has me knowing I'm going to get it done as fast... read more

Its really refreshing to show up to a dentist appointment and be greeted with caring smiles and attitudes! I never thought that I would like going to the dentist but Sunrise Dental of Federal Way changed my attitude. The staff is awesome and they are great with kids!

I've always been fairly fearful of the dentist and that's why I was pretty neglectful of my teeth for many years, but I have to say that every time I see Dr Do and her kind staff at Federal Way Sunrise office I never leave there feeling frustrated or in excruciating pain, they make sure I'm ok before I leave and all the billing issues are clear and concise and never any " hidden charges" .. I had A hurt heart when I went for my first visit, but after I left I had A great deal of hope, with everyone so friendly and positive. I:am looking forward to my next visit. Power to the women.

I had an issue with a tooth that came up out of nowhere, I was able to get seen the same day and was helped immediately! We were able to find out what was wrong and get an appointment scheduled very shortly after. All of the ladies in the office were very nice, super helpful, and made me feel very comfortable! I am definately excited to make this office my primary dentist office. They are fast, clean, effecient and friendly-- what more can you ask for?!
