I was needing to get my vehicle right in because I had a coolant leak and didn't want to drive without it getting fixed. I called and they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional. I wish I could rate their service, but can only rate their front desk..... and I’d give a no star if I could. Hubby made my appointment a week ago. I arrived this morning to be told that she scheduled it for Tuesday and I said “uh you shouldn’t have...” and she said “I know I shouldn’t have, but I did, do you have time to come in tomorrow?!” The best part is is that she acknowledged remembering talking to my husband, and him asking for a Thursday (which is my day off and why he would not ever book me on a Tuesday.....)
Tracy, Ron and the crew are the best I have come across in a long time. Just moved to the area and had a major issue with my car, they were so helpful and informative to the issues and got me back on the road in no time!!! Highly recommend their business......
They were very upfront about what needed to be done, the price was very resonable and they even took me home then picked me up later since it was going to take several hours to get the work done. Also, they are super friendly and just great people. I will be back if I need work in the future.
I trusted them with my 1973 f250, and boy did they exceed expectations! They are the most friendly people and knowledgeable group I have ever dealt with with any vehicle. They even made a special tool to fix my truck instead of just saying oh sorry can't do it. I will be taking my truck here for now on!
This is the greatest automotive repair! They are fair and fast. They find the real problem and fix it. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I cannot tell them how grateful I am!
