I have purchased multiple items from Federal Military Parts. Each time I felt like the quality has dropped with service and products. Most products they sell seem to be aftermarket. My most recent purchase was for 2 rim O-rings and 2 tire valves. I paid $26 for shipping for 4 items that probably weigh less than a pound. The package was sent flat rate with no tracking. 10/10 just earned a life time customer, tracking update emails, good communication, even sent an extra small part just because. Great business!

They don't answer emails or any phone calls. Post original parts pictures on adds and send you aftermarket knock off parts.

I've purchased numerous parts from this business (dash LEDs, headlights, backup lights, license plates frame and light, tires mounted on wheels) over the past couple of months. Every part arrived as described, and the shipping was fast, arriving sooner than expected. The seller's communication is great (I texted many questions and got prompt, accurate replies).

Middle of the day and can't even get through to them via email or phone over the window seals I was sent. I ordered windshield seals, not window seals. Window seals do me exactly zero good with cloth doors. Gotta work on parts picking and customer service calls.
