When I moved down to Baltimore, I needed to switch dental practices and Federal Hill Smiles was recommended by a co-worker. I have had 10+ fillings done over the last 1.5 years, and Dr. Markoff and her entire staff have always been accommodating when a need was urgent, and made an effort to make a not-so-pleasurable experience, tolerable and as painless as possible. They also provide services for everything outside of a root canal, and it can all be done at the practice. I would highly recommend them.
Unfortunately we live in a world where doctors don't know your name and treat you like cattle; however, this office is different. At this office the people work hard to do a great job, and they treat you like you are a valued customer--because you are! It's shocking, but true. They stand head and shoulders above any other doctor or dentist office. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I've been a client for well over a decade, and I'll never go anywhere else.
Federal Hill Smiles has been my dentist for longer than either Denise or I would like to admit. If I were move to Florida, I'd still come back here for all my dental needs.
I LOVE Dr. Markoff and everyone on her staff. I've been going to Federal Hill Smiles since we moved here over 10 years ago and would not think of going anywhere else. Her office is comfortable and clean. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I actually look forward to my cleaning every six months.

I have been seeing Dr. Markhoff since 2003. I now live in Columbia and there are plenty of dentists nearby, but I keep coming back to Baltimore because I get good quality care in a friendly small office environment. I am a name, not a number. Highly recommended.
Going to Denise for long time I was one of her first patients for work is always excellent and only does what she needs to do most gentle dentist that I ever went to I'll be going to her for a long time
