My uhaul rental was simply cancelled even though I received a confirmation email the day before. No explanation, "it just was". No manager to talk to. No call back afterwards. Simply didn't care. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.
The facility is top notch and so is the attentive, caring staff. I always look forward to seeing their smiling faces.
