We use Federal Escrow for all of our transactions. Randy, Andrea and Lexi are the best in the business.
Terrible service since Shawna left office. This is why employees leave this office. Do not use their services.also Martha customer services are terrible. Randy doesn’t answer emails and has agents blamed for not responding. Do not recommend this company to help you buy or sale.
I called them for a question and the person responding to my call was very kind in taking the time to listen to me and guided me to the right place. If need escrow services I am definitely going to them
Me and my girlfriend just got a property through Felicia , all it takes is just a little patients, she was able to accommodate early escrow closing. If she doesn't respond it totally doesn't mean she isn't professional!!!! She is just very busy doing her work! More you bother her , more your delaying yourself by wasting her valueable time! Guys just be patient, start appreciating what she is doing. Her prices are actually VERY affordable and fair !!! That's one of the reason they are still in business! Duh.
