Always smells nice and has adequate security. Beautiful open spaced apartment
My boyfriend and I will have lived here for 2 years this summer. We even had our first baby since then! We absolutely love the layout of our apartment and we are truly going to miss it here. Joe has been an accommodating landlord. The income restricted guidelines really helped us to get our life and family started. Thank you Federal Building Lofts, for the memories!
I moved here in the Fall of 2018. I have to say that the historic building is very beautiful, it has a lot of original, woodwork, marble, and granite, also a huge canvas mural depicting the early pioneers that settled the Wisconsin river valley, and how the area was transformed from forest into farmland ànd city's. The application process and building manager was very friendly and easy to work with, the move in process was super fast.
