I went to Federal Auctioneers to look at a car I saw online. I asked about the "internet price" they said that you HAD TO FINANCE and that was for people with credit a credit of 740 or above. The price of the car doesn't change with the credit score, the interest rate varies but not the price. So when I applied for credit, they said my score of 709 was not good enough to get the internet price. But they offered my a deal with high interest and at a price for the car $5000 more that internet price. Don't be fooled these guys ... read more
The courtesy and professionalism of the team : from the sales men Angelo to the management team Nick & Sava to the customer service team to the finance team. All were excellent and made me feel like a valued customer. I got the best interest rate 2.2% which no dealer could get me. The staff has a lot to do with it !! First of all they didn't pay me to write this but I want to tell you all how much they helped me get a car. Being a newly single mom with not a lot of money and really no credit I needed a car, bad. I saw a really nice SUV on their website and applied on-line for credit. I was called back by Angelo who told me I was approved and all I needed to do was to come in and see if I liked the car and bring in pay stubs. Come on SASHA J ! There ought to be an agency to protect businesses from lying, cheating customers like you. She wrote numerous letters to a few agencies. All her stories were completely different ! This girl is a fraud. In one version she said she never took the car home yet she left the premises in the very same car she bought with two of our male employees to her home in Brooklyn. FACT.
You may want to visit the better business bureau website before you entertain the idea of getting a car from this dealership.
My experience was good. – I read some bad reviews but my experience was good. The price was way lower then anyone else and the got me financing even though my credit sux. The car ran good but about 1 month later there was a small problem and they took care of it. If you're looking for a used car (especially BMW or other high end) I would def check them out and judge for yourself.

Comprehensive mechanics, good prices, quality service Bronx Auto, or C & M AUTO SALES as they call it have the best cars and prices in town. My wife and I came all the way from central NJ to get out ACURA MDX, and I was impressed that they made sure the car was all cleaned and ready to drive after we signed the contract. THANK YOU GUYS...
