Caroline Butler was the best!!! She assisted my son with the information he needed about car loans. Her customer service and knowledge was excellent!! We are very pleased!!
Extremely slow customer service. To get a replacement debit card i was there from 9:56 to 10:39. No customers in facilities. Not sure why this credit union take so long for a replacement card. They could have service 10 to 15 people at rate I stayed. Representative sot on computer at is she is really busy. Don't join at this snail credit union aka fedchoice
