I lived in Austin for two years and some how missed this GEM. Got the greatest vintage boots today. Put them on and wore them out on the street. Heading down for oysters at Perla's, got eight compliments. Run to this store. It's worth it.
Soooo just walked into feathers and wasn't even acknowledged. No simple "hey" or asking if I needed help looking for anything. The associates were just standing around at the counter and chatting with each other, one was literally checking herself out in the mirror. As a local and as someone who also works in retail and is lead of customer service for my store, walking into feathers was a totally disappointing experience.
