Brianne, sorry to hear about that. We recently had difficulties with our bread ovens and apologize for that. Our policy is definitely not what you said just transpired. Our kitchen will happily make accommodations such as that. Eating food from Feast is one of my favorite weekend rituals. Today, I picked up the dark cherry pie and it was amazing! Thank you Feast!
I have always been a fan of Feast and recommend it to people all of the time. The BLT is awesome and the service is always friendly. However, this morning I was charged full price for an omelet that was completely raw in the middle. I had eaten half of it not realizing how undercooked it was because the runny-ness of the egg mixed with the melty cheese and it took several bites to realize it was not cooked properly. Always feel free to grab a manager and we can make sure that you're taken care of properly. Since we didn't catch it then would you be interested in a gift card to be sent out to you?
If you have a peanut allergy, watch out for the granola. The menu lists ingredients but omits that the granola has peanut butter in it! I spent a day in the hospital because of that. Otherwise Feast is great.
