My wife and I had a scheduled consult which was confirmed via email. We followed the instructions and downloaded the application to attend the appointment with the clinician. When the day came for us to meet with the therapist, we logged onto the app and waited for over 25 minutes. No one came on the nor did we receive an email/text or any communication that the appointment was moved or canceled. This is unfortunate because we have heard so many good things about this counselor.
