My wife and I had a scheduled consult which was confirmed via email. We followed the instructions and downloaded the application to attend the appointment with the clinician. When the day came for us to meet with the therapist, we logged onto the app and waited for over 25 minutes. No one came on the nor did we receive an email/text or any communication that the appointment was moved or canceled. This is unfortunate because we have heard so many good things about this counselor.
Where do I start?! Jianny has been a beacon of light in my life over the last 2.5 years of us working together. I went through 2 major life events including the sudden loss of a loved one. Jianny accommodated me consistently, she is very easy to speak with, helped me break out of patterns and truly empowered me to take control back of my life and heal and transform.
