We have had some issues, but if you talk to them, they will right the wrongs. They are nice. Just short staffed. Thank you to G.A.M.
5 stars for them now. They are going way out of thier way to make things right. I am sorry about my last review. Birdeye won't let you change anything! So I will hope this review hide the old one better. This is the only reason I'm putting a one star, is so the other one star moves. Dr Monteral is Good. His assistant, has been just mean. Smiled at me there. But refused to change my prescription location (because that building was torn down) after many calls and messages. I had go up and ask the lady at the desk for help. She leaves me waiting after procedures ( first 1 was 6 weeks, the 2nd over 14 weeks) and she wont call. So I called and said I don't wanna go back. I’ve been to Dr DiTomaso’s office several times, but have never met him. I have always spoken to Rachel who is always pleasant. I was scheduled for an endoscopy on December 3. I had the scheduled appointment in my possession. I fasted the night before and showed up at my scheduled appointment time. The girl at the front desk said she saw my appointment on the office notes, but the person who gave me the appointment forgot to schedule it. Find another doctor. He tried something experimental, my mother ended up going to emergency surgery. Once he did his procedure he lost interest in continuing care for my mother. Poor bedside manner. Were not going back.
