If I could give a minus I would, this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I have had several things happen to me and have tried to reach them by email, voicemail and left messages and have not gotten a response to any of them. I will not ever deal with these people again. They just don’t care about there tenants at all.
Beware, this complex does not return deposits. I left my apartment spotless and the complex tried to give only 3% of my $500 deposit back. I will edit this review only if mediation takes place, but I fully intend on going to court to solve this issue if necessary.
I moved into a new apartment community Woodbridge Apartments in Bedford on Thursday April 8th. Saturday I was walking out my apartment and a pit bull who was on a leash but got away from the owner, attacked my dachshund Roxie who was also on a leash. I had to rush Roxie to the vet hospital and it was $1,538.51 I had to take her back again to the hospital because where she was bit on her ear is now infected and that Bill was $612.76. Don't assume you will pay the stated price for rent. There is little if any chance you will see one penny of your deposit, since basic turnover costs like cleaning and painting are covered by the renter. In our case, we're being pursued for $200+ over the amount of our $500 deposit based partly on patio cleaning (our kids left chalk markings — the horror!) that was never mentioned in our moveout inspection. Read the fine print. I lived at this apartment complex for over 25 years, and as a result I have become more familiar with it than most people ever will. Its an older complex, and in a seismically active place like California, the buildings are not built to recent seismic codes. Pros: The staff are incredibly kind. While I have seen quite a few managers come and go, they are always kind and welcoming, and the maintenance staff is always helpful.
