I’ve lived in Provo for several years and this management company has been the best by far. They were super nice (especially Lucia) and helped me find just the place I was looking for!

One of the best managements I've worked with in Provo. No surprise fees, good response times, etc. Cleaning checks sometimes a bit nitpicky, but it was always seemed better if someone was home when it was done. And Lucia was always helpful when I had questions/issues! I'd rent from FCS again.
FCS Rentals has easily been my favorite company to work with in Provo. The maintenance is always friendly and timely, Lucia answers emails quickly and helpfully, and my apartment is a nice quality at a fair price. I definitely recommend them as a rental company!
