I lived at an apartment managed by FCS for two years and only had good experiences. Lucía was always extremely helpful, friendly, and kind whenever I called. I had some unique circumstances happen at the end of my contract and she was very accommodating and respectful. I really appreciate her help with everything!

Best management company I have worked with since living in Provo. Always quick to fix issues, answer fast and are always helpful. Karla Maseuli always helped me during the time I lived in their properties and was so helpful, going out of her way to make sure everything was okay.
