Karla Avila was wonderful to work with during my rental process. She was incredibly accommodating and very knowledgeable, which made everything feel much easier and less stressful. Anytime I had questions, she was quick to respond and always provided clear, helpful answers. Her professionalism and willingness to help really stood out, and it made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend working with Karla to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental agent.

I rent a master bed/bath at Belmont Condos, and the pricing for what’s included is actually solid — especially compared to their shared bathroom/smaller bedroom rates.
