Horrible experience, I own two properties in their communities, I filled out all proper paperwork when I closed and somehow they got my mailing address wrong, they reached out to me saying they had returned mail not telling me what it was regarding. I told them they had the wrong address and corrected it five months ago. The next thing I get is a letter from an attorney. Highly recommend Blake Cox that manages the Regent at City Creek. I have worked with many property managers and have owned properties personally and Blake is by far one of the best. He is an extremely good at communicating and follow up with mail and or phone calls. He is detailed and cares about the owners and extremely helpful anytime I have interacted with him. He is super.
Funny how people are on here raving about BLAKE COX when he can't even abide by the HOA rules and regulations in the community he currently resides in.
FCS oversees management for the HOA I am apart of in Provo. This has got to be the worst and most unresponsive company I have ever dealt in my attempt to resolve things at the lowest level. I am at the point now after having a stack documentation in my attempts and received feedback from other homeowners that raise some serious concerns with their fiscal oversight and auditing mismanagement. If you want a company that can't read, comprehend and follow through with requests even after sending 20 emails, with the owner Cc'd, choose this company. I have had to deal with them for 9 years and I have never had a good experience with them. They do the bare minimum and they do it with an attitude. I would never choose this business.
FCS claimed we missed two fee payments during 2018 and would turn our account over to collections. After collecting bank account documents including all check payments made during the year, FCS or their payment processing center was in error as all payments were made.
Terrible company No communication, can't answer their phones Cheat the home owners that live in their communities No service offered. I would strongly avoid this company.
My husband and I have lived in high-rise condos for 35 years. Blake Cox, the Regent manager, is hands down the best building manager we have encountered. Daily he demonstrates excellent customer service, attention to detail, efficiency, fairness, and courtesy.
