FCS Community Management is difficult to work with. I don't know if it is understaffed or overwhelmed but I have not been impressed with the service provided. I feel trapped and unable to change the situation due to how quickly associates want to end calls and don't have answers. I would like to see more services to match the sum we pay monthly. if this is unreasonable I would prefer the dissolving of the HOA to the point that my payments match the few services rendered.
