Called and tried to get a refund on struts that are making a lot of noise after only 4 months they would not help me or even work with me on any type of refund do not buy this junk they do not stand behind their product at all
I purchased rear strut assemblies for my 2007 RX350. They rattled constantly. I was able to get a warranty set and they are no better. I had Lexus check for any other possible rattles and could not find any. The rattle drives me crazy. If I did not throw out my original struts, I would put them back on. FCS is JUNK.
Best quality for cheapest price. Mechanic was impressed with the replacement strut I bought for my car.
