We tried to go to two of their locations in Fountain Valley and were rejected by both very rudely, even after we offered to pay cash for the visit. They adamantly repeated that they didn’t accept our insurance, and REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH OUR REP who we had on the phone at the time. The doctor hid behind the wall and spoke with the receptionist to work out the cash pricing, and after the receptionist quoted $158, the doctor changed the billing code to raise the price to $220.
