Sara the property manager is absolutely great at her job! Jessica, is equally as amazing at what she does! It was an effortless process, quick & efficient.
I have been a resident for almost 3 years now, I have never had any issues and they’re easy to get a hold of if not, they always call you back. If something needs repaired, they’re always there to fix it. They’re respectful and professional always.I highly recommend FCC properties.
I wish there was an option for 10 stars because they deserve it! We were dealing with a bunch of stuff that us, as tenants shouldn’t have to just deal with. And we found a house that fits our needs and doesn’t come with all the extra stuff from our apartment. With that being said, the house wasn’t ready for move in right away, but the property manager along with her team of people, made sure to get on it right away when we said we will take it, and made sure it happened.
