Yeah, this place is shady. The front desk was a disaster. Test tubes scattered everywhere, empty boxes from rapid tests tossed around, the guy wasn't wearing gloves or anything. Just a t-shirt and jeans. Handed me a single use swab, told me to stick it up my nose, and then wrote my name in pen on a test tube, stuck my swab in it, and sent me on my way (yes, the entire process from registering to swabbing happens at the front desk). I am unsure about this place. The man was very nice but it was a one man show and he was only wearing a mask. My rapid test came back positive but my PCR was negative - very strange! He also had us upload a picture of our drivers license and info. Initially I thought he was trying to profit off of the testing surge but I am now concerned what my information will be used for - especially since the news is cautioning fake sites. DO NOT USE! Find another legitimate testing center. You will not get a result and they will charge your insurance. Scam. They will eventually get shut down.
Do not use! Results haven't been received. It was a very uncomfortable situation walking into a space that was disorganized with no patient privacy to conduct testing. I was in line within feet of a baby which did not offer proper distancing. Information was written in a notebook. Told 3-5 days for results it's been 6. Multiple reviews state that people don't receive results or they don't match results from another place. 2 people in line were there to obtain results, which now I understand why.
