Luc and his team at FBM were my guardian angels when my car broke down mid way through a road trip to Toronto. Not only did they check my car out for me right away but they gave me incredibly great service for a really really reasonable price. They were clear and specific when explaining things to me (I know nothing about cars) and they were also super kind with zero condescension or impatience with my questions.
