First I would say to never go here for a home loan I had the worst experience ever they do not know what they are doing there and they costed me my whole deposit because they sewage’s my loan a month past underwriting so now I’m out 4200 and all they would compensate is 725 for the appraisal my whole deposit is gone and they lied to us saying we were going to get the house even sent me closing dates and documents to sign and 2 hours later they said they sent them on accident.

I would not recommend anyone to this place. If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is a joke, there are rookies working here claiming to have years of experience there yet making mistakes as if they started a week ago. Overall our experience as first time buyers couldn’t be more stressful. Save yourself a headache and go else where.

FBC mortgage is absolutely wonderful! Best home loan experience ever. This local lender really delivers. Absolutely painless, and record fast approval and funding. If you are in the market and aren’t sure who to use trust me I was there. Keven Turner at FBC is the loan officer you want to call!!
