I had a 12 PM appointment and ended up waiting for about an hour. During that time, three people who arrived after me were seen first. The barber didn’t acknowledge me at all, even though I had a scheduled appointment. I overheard another barber remind him about my appointment, and he responded that he “didn’t have time.” At that point, I decided to leave. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this barbershop — you’re better off finding somewhere that respects your time.
