I would not recommend this contractor to anyone, this was the absolute worst professional experience I have ever had in my life. Fran took $70,000 from us, completed maybe 40-50% of the contracted and agreed upon job, and then completely ghosted us and now we're having to re-do a lot of the work she did do. Her work was done in a mediocre and painstakingly slow fashion with near zero communication or updates from her.
