Roberto has been completely unresponsive and ignored many repairs for the unit we rented from him at Biscayne Beach Condos. My experience of him is horrendous and I will never do business with him again.
Bad and Rude service. Very unsatisfied with the person I spoke to (Roberto) who was arrogant and not helpful
He removed a parking space from my property to add grass, according to the requirements of my neighborhood association (of which he is a member). The work was so poorly done that the grass didn't last more than two months. The problem is that they left a layer of soil that was too thin, almost nonexistent, so there were no nutrients for the grass to take root, even though it was watered daily.
