I had the displeasure of dealing wqith agent Roberto Onorato of FB agents corp while assisting my military friends in finding a property for their move back to the United States. My friend put me in contact with Roberto to see a potential rental property in Doral for them. When I arrived at the home 20 minutes early, I texted Roberto to let him know I was there. The person that gave a 5-star review is the owner of the company. That is a biased view at best. My experience with this company is that (1) they answer the phone 1/10 times, (2) they do not respond to emails, and (3) they are very, very, very slow to repair anything for tenants. I would normally give 2 or 3 stars for this kind of unprofessional negligence out of a basic respect for not entirely ruining a company's reputation; however, in order to counteract the blatant bias of the party in question, I felt the need to go lo... read more
