I always enjoy my visits to Fazzio's. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The short lady in the office always has a smile for us. Thank you.
I have shopped Fazzio's for many years, but not anymore. True they have just about anything. Employees are nice and knowledgeable except for one. The short fat woman in the office that wobbles when she walks is always rude. I am tired of being treated like a third rate customer by her. If you ask her a question she is short with you and just makes something up. I guess she thinks everyone is stupid like she is. I have been shopping for all of my gardening and pet needs from Fazzio`s for several years now. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out on any questions that I may have. Fazzio`s will always have my family`s business for as long as they are there.
I live near Fazzios and it is a little high priced but the employees have always been nice and helpfull, the owner is always on the floor waiting to help.
Fazzios is really the only place to get pet vaccines and seed in this area. It's a long drive for me but Like I said having no choice I have to go. The blonde older lady is rude unless your asking about horse tack. I have been in line waiting to ask for vaccines while she ate a snickers checked out some one then sent me to the front to ask some one to help me. Service needs help- they are understaffed and the staff there doesn't have knowledge about what they are selling. Maybe the one on 49 will open again.
I agree about the rudeness on the phone. I called to try to get some information faxed to me, and have been told three times it would be sent to me. This was a week ago, and I still have not seen the information. About to try again i guess
I've always heard good things about Fazzio's but until now I never had a personal experiance with them. I called about a few items and the female who answered was very unfriendly and seemed as though I was bothering her. I just felt like she didn't want to be there or for anyone to call. Im sure it's a great place to get the things you need I just hope that she understands that customers are the backbone of their success and being like that on the phone could steer business away.
