Went through their drive-thru for lunch with a friend today shortly after they opened, and she had to repeat our entire order a few different times. When we got to the window, the employee seemed liked he was having a bad day, handed us our beverages and some of our food and said 'have a good day.' Had very good service food was fresh and very good as well and one of the workers was so nice to my dad and I and getting us what we needed
Food is good customer service no there's a old guy bold whit mustache I don't know his name he treat us disrespectful he look tired ungry don't know why I feel sorry for him just remember that you are hire to treat people good
Won't give you all the food if you go through the drive through. When you get home(live out of town) and realize that they skipped a dinner they only offered a free meal... um I all ready paid for my dinner. Only option for a refund it to drive the 15 miles back to them to get my money. You guys suck
They must be having a pasta shortage tonight. My baked spaghetti was barely half full.
This place is awesome, Ft Dodge Ia has the best employees, I will give a shout out to Dawn. The was great, yummy
