RecommendedI loved Fazoli's, and am extremely disappointed that they have closed. My co-workers also loved their food. It was great that I could get excellent Italian food in a drive-through. My co-worker used to eat there every Friday noon, and I went through the drive through every Sunday night. The breadsticks were excellent. I never had a burned breadstick. Called and let them know nobody wants burnt breadsticks! All the woman said to me was oh ok. I was so disappointed and mad that was all I wanted! I used to love the food not anymore!
I ate lunch at Fazolis today and just want to say how impressed I was with the woman working the dining room today. She was super friendly, brought bread sticks around with a smile, cleared tables, brought to go boxes out to customers & made sure to thank each customer as they left. In the time I was there she was constantly busy & smiling. She made it a pleasure to be a customer.
Food is good, but the customer service is horrible! Girl at the drive thru (employee#38) got more and more ruder with every item we ordered. Customer service needs definitely reviewed at this store.
Food is taking forever. Staff and manager don't seem to care.
Excellent customer service !!! Very impressed!!! Will return next time we pass through.
